This is the last will and testament of me, Thomas Gwinnutt, of the borough of Dudley in the county of Worcester, victualler, made and published this fourth day of July One thousand eight hundred and thirty three.
First, I will & direct that all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses shall be fully paid and satisfied and subject thereto.
I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife, Esther Gwinnutt, all that my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature, kind or quality the same may be; and also all my monies, securities for money, debts, stock of all and other liquors, brewing utensils, household goods, chattels and effects;
To hold the same to her my said wife, Esther Gwinnutt, her heirs, executors, administrators & assigns or according to the nature and tenure thereof respectively;
And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said wife, Esther Gwinnutt, James Brookbanks, of the borough of Dudley, aforesaid, yeoman and James Johnson of the same place, grocer, executrix and executors of this my will hereby revoking all others by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this to be my last will and testament.
