This is the last will and testament of me, John Wight Gwinnutt, of No. 13 Paddock Lane, Walsall, in the county of Stafford, commercial clerk.
I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate unto my dear sister Sarah Gwinnutt absolutely and appoint her the sole executrix of this my will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this third day of November, one thousand eight hundred and eighty six.
