This is the last will and testament of me, Mary Gwinnett, of Hucclecott in the county of Gloucester, widow and relict of Henry Gwinnett late of the same place, yeoman, deceased.
I give to my kinsman, Theodore Gwinnett of Cheltenham in the said county, gentleman, his executors and administrators, all my estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and I appoint him executor of this my will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirty first day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ten.

Proved at London the 7th April 1823 before the Worshipful Jesse Addams, Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the oath of Theodore Gwinnett, Esquire, the sole executor, to whom administration was granted having been first sworn duly to administer.
